Shipments and returns
After purchasing and receiving payment for a software package, you will receive some emails including an email with a license key corresponding to the purchased license. Schematicals can be downloaded from our website (https://www.schematicals.be). However, once the program is installed on your computer, you will only have an encrypted version according to the Trial version of the software package. With the received key you can unlock the purchased software package in Schematicals. Once the key is installed, you have the purchased version of the software package. The software package is also bound to your computer and can only be transferred to another computer by migrating the key. If you have any problems with this, please send an e-mail to info@automaticals.com and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Physical packages are generally sent within 2 days of receiving (if in stock) of your payment via a courier service with tracking and delivery without a signature. If you prefer shipping with signature required, you will be charged an additional fee. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. No matter which shipping you choose, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. Handling costs are fixed amounts, while transportation costs depend on the total weight. We recommend that you organize your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each order. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care will be taken with fragile items.
